| 摘 要： | 分析了一种典型薄壁零件加工变形的主要原因,通过对工件特性进行分析研究,制定了此类薄壁零件的加工工艺,设计制作装夹工装并进行了验证,减小了薄壁零件的加工变形,保证了零件精度加工质量,降低了加工成本。

| Abstract: | Through analysing the main cause of machining deformation of thin-wall workpieces,discussing and researching the characteristics of the workpieces,the clamping fixture was designed,made and proved.Then,machining procedure and fixture of thin-wall workpieces were made to ensure the machining quality and reduce machining cost. |
