| 摘 要： | 我国乳化炸药经过30多年的发展在生产工艺和安全技术等方面都得到了长足的进步,但乳化炸药生产过程中仍然存在诸多危险因素。因此,必须在正确辨识乳化炸药生产过程中的危险源的基础上提出正确可行的事故预防和应急处置对策,才能够有效地避免事故的发生。

| Abstract: | After 30 years of development,emulsion explosives have made considerable progress in production process and safety technology in china,but it has many dangerous factors in the production of emulsion explosive.So based on distinguishing correctly dangerous source,accident prevention and emergency treatment countermeasures are proposed correctly,it can avoid the accidents. |
