母杜柴登主立井冻结施工技术

摘    要:母杜柴登矿主立井,井筒冻结深度777m,是截至目前西部深井冻结中之最。井筒表土层较厚,且表土段多为细沙,厚度为124.67m;基岩段岩性变化明显,多为砂岩,含水层的富水性不均,局部较强,因此增加了冻结难度。本篇简要介绍了井筒冻结工艺设计(包括冻结壁的设计、冻结孔数量的选取、冻结孔合理的布置方式)、冻结施工情况,顺利实现了深井冻结高效快速施工,并对存在的有关问题作了简要探讨。

Abstract:Mu DU Chai Deng mine shaft,shaft freezing depth of 777m,is by far the most Western deep freeze.The wellbore surface soil layers thick,and the soil is sand,thickness of 124.67m;bedrock lithology changes obviously,for the sandstone,aquifer water,uneven,local stronger,thus increasing the difficulty of freezing.This article briefly introduces the shaft freezing process design(including the design of freezing wall,freezing hole number selection,reasonable layout of freezing holes),freezing construction situation.Deep freezing of highly efficient and fast construction came true smoothly.And the existing problems are briefly explored.
