| 摘 要： | 针对齿轮在生产线上进行全自动检测的难题,设计了一套基于机械和机器视觉技术的全自动齿轮检测设备。主要包括自动排序系统、自动装夹定位旋转系统、自动拍摄成像系统、计算机及控制系统、自动分拣系统等部分,实现了对生产线上的圆柱齿轮进行高速自动化检测及分类。
