| Abstract: | China is facing a grim situation of anti-money laundering at present.The severe harmfulness the crime of money laundering does to the social economy and the present defect of the anti-money laundering work in China determine the urgency to speed up legislating for anti-money laundering,and it brooks no delay to make Anti-Money Laundering Laws that conform to the situation in China. |
