| 摘 要： | 大学学术生产力是一个整体的概念。从要素上讲,它由大学学者的生产力和学科知识的生产力两个方面决定;从过程上讲,它可以分解为学术活动的生产力、学术体制的生产力和学术文化的生产力;从结果上讲,大学学术生产力又直接表现为大学的教学生产力、科研生产力和社会服务生产力。以上三组八个维度“的生产力”都是影响大学学术发展的关键因素,需要系统分析、慎重对待。
