| 摘 要： | 区域经济竞争力与区域教育竞争力密切相关,教育竞争力是区域经济竞争力中最重要的竞争力,具有直接、重要的先导性.教育竞争力的提升将为河南经济的崛起和发展提供强有力的支撑,是实现中原崛起的重要前提条件.河南省要实现中原崛起,就必须依靠大力发展教育,推动科技进步和创新,实现经济的跨越式发展.

Depending on developing education strongly, pushing forward the technological progresses and innovation, to realize fast -pace economic development. |
