| 摘 要： | 在研究现阶段我国零售商供应商之间复杂冲突与合作的博弈关系基础上,建立了基于权力平衡点上的零售商供应商合作模型及其带来的零供合作优势,给出了能够保持零供关系稳定的利益分配系数范围;提出了如果该利益分配系数的具体数值建立在权利平衡点上,将使冲突或不合作问题的解决更趋现实。

| Abstract: | Based on principles of game theory,this study tries to analyze the complicated relation of conflict and cooperation between supplier and retailer, and concludes that it would be a new trend to have retailer in dominancy in the development of supply chain in China. According to the conclusion,we buid a cooperation model of supplier and retailer based on power equilibrium and define the range of profit-distribution coefficient for stability of the cooperation. Further,the solution to the problem of conflict and non-cooperation would be more practical if the specific numerical value of the coefficient are based right on the point of power equilibrium |
