| 摘 要： | 从历时的视角看,公民社会的产生、发展、成熟是一个历史的过程。公民社会的产生、发展依赖于国家与社会之间的力量对比和博弈。随着人类文明的发展,人类经历了自然经济、商品经济,以及初露端倪的知识经济。在不同经济形态下,国家与社会的关系也是不同的,但总的来说,社会力量的日益强大、政府权力的作用边界受到控制是国家与社会关系的主流发展趋势。公民社会就是在社会力量日益强大,政府权力边界不断收缩这样的社会背景下产生、发展的,尤其是随着市场经济的全面发展,公民社会必将在后工业社会中充分发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Civil society is a historic process from its coming into being to maturity. Civil society is the result of power play between state and society. Human beings underwent natural economy, commodity economy and is entering an emerging knowledge economy. The state-society relationship is different at these stages. The trend is toward a stronger society power and a shrinking power borderline of the government. Civil society is born and starts to develop against this background, especially when market economy reaches an overall development. Civil society will sure come into its full-play in the post-industrialized period. |
