| 摘 要： | 在我国证券市场的现状下,如何对我国上市企业的价值进行分析评估,对于建立诚信、理性的证券市场有着重要的意义。分析评估上市企业价值的几种方法的适用及局限,并对上市企业价值评估体系的角度及因素进行了思考。

| Abstract: | IPO,particularly since the split share structure reform,China′s capital market has become hot,more and more companies have joined the ranks listed.Structures of China′s capital market have undergone great changes,and promote the capital market′s development.And then,how to analyze and evaluate the value of China′s listed companies is the key problem concerned by investors and companies.Under the present conditions in China′s securities market,valuing the listed companies reasonable has a important significance to establish credibility,rational securities market.This paper explains what the value of the value of listed companies and make analyze to how to evaluating them. |
