| 摘 要： | 从价值角度对我国体育产业立法现状进行分析，指出当前存在的问题，并就促进我国体育产业发展与法律价值体系的构建提出建议，尤其是对于体育产业立法所应坚持的理念进行详尽阐述，以期构建适合我国体育产业发展的法律价值体系，制定和谐、公平、正义的体育产业法律，促进体育产业健康发展。
