| 摘 要： | 教育,民族振兴的基石. 教育科研作为教育改革和发展的第一推动力.其自身的成长自然也就需要呈累进状态前行,需要有正确的、科学的、现代化的理论方法作指导.目前,就整体教育科研尤其是地方性教育科研而言,尚缺乏学术的积累,缺乏学术的规范、准则,乃至缺乏起码的学术平台甚至学术意识.湖南省教育科学研究院张学军院长的专著<地方教育科研导论>,为区域性教育科研提供了比较全面、系统的理论和方法.
