摘    要:以二苯并噻吩(DBT)的甲苯液作为含硫模拟油品,采用以SiO2为负载的含Mo,P的催化剂,以油溶性的过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)为氧化剂进行氧化脱硫的研究。考察了反应温度、氧化剂用量、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对DBT脱除率的影响。结果表明,催化剂具有较高的氧化脱硫活性,DBT的脱除率达96%以上。通过正交试验确定了最佳反应温度为90℃,氧硫比为2.5:1,反应时间为2.5h,催化剂用量为0.25g。

Abstract:The simulated model sulfur compound,dibenzothiophene(DBT) in toluene is conducted to investigate the oxidative desulfurization by using Cumyl hydroperoxide(CHP) as oil-soluble oxidants.The silica-supported catalysts were prepared by impregation with aqueous solution of(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O and(NH4)2HPO4.The effects of reaction temperature,ratio of CHP to sulphur,reaction time and catalyst amount were investigated by orthogonal experiments.The catalysts exhibit better oxidative desulfurization activity,the desulfurization rate of DBT is up to 96% under the optimal oxidative conditions,i.e.reaction temperature of 90℃、Oxidant amount of 2.5:1、reaction time of 2.5h and catalyst amount of 0.25g.
