| 摘 要： | 行政监督的主体是行使行政监督权的责任者和执行者,即依法独立参与监督活动、享有监督权力、履行监督职能、负有监督义务的国家机关、社会组织和个人。在我国行政监督制度中,行政监督的主体主要包括权力机关、行政机关、司法机关、执政党、社会团体、新闻媒体和公民个人等。只有全面、正确地认识行政监督的主体,才能充分发挥行政监督机关在依法行政中的作用与功能。

| Abstract: | The subject of administrative supervision is the man of responsibility and execution who discharges of the functions and powers.In the Chinese system of administrative supervision,the subject of administrative supervision is mainly ranging from the People's Congress,administrative organ,judicial authority,the Communist Party of China,social groupings and masses media to the individual.Only when the status of administrative supervision's subject is comprehended all-round and correctly can administration according to law bring the function of administrative supervision organ into full play. |
