| 摘 要： | 为探究传统中药水蛭的药用成分，更好地开发利用蛭类资源，本文通过高效氨基酸分析仪，分析了云南四种蛭类的氨基酸组成．结果表明吸血蛭与非吸血蛭在氨基酸组成上有明显差异．结合以往实验，分析了非吸血蛭活血化瘀的可能药用成分，为合理开发利用蛭类资源提供了资料和建议．

| Abstract: | In order to provide the basis on further rearch on the medical function of leeches in the traditional medicine and to make full use of the leeches' resources, we have ancalysized the composition of amino acid of four leech species distributed in Yunnan province in the paper. The results show that there are obvious differences in the composition of amino acid between bloodsucking and non - bloodsucking leeches. We have analy-sized the possible medical treatment of invigorating the circulation of blood and reducing extravasated blood of non - bloodsucking leeches in order to open and develop the leeches' resource and to provide the information and suggestions for further research. |
