| 摘 要： | 金融全球化促进了资本在全世界范围内的重新配置,一方面使欧美等国的经济金融蓬勃发展,另一方面也使发展中国家,特别是新兴市场经济国家获得了大量急需的经济发展启动资金,带动了地区经济乃至世界经济的增长。世界经济的发展离不开金融全球化的推动。然而,金融全球化给世界各国尤其是发展中国家带来的不仅仅是好处,还有各种风险和灾难。因此,在金融全球化条件下,中国在金融开放的同时,还必须进行金融控制。

| Abstract: | Financial globalization has been promoting the capital redistribution all over the world. On the one hand, it can make the economy of the developed countries like the European countries or America prosperous, on the other hand, it can make the developing countries especially the emerging market economy countries obtain necessary capital, thus giving impetus to the region or the world economy. The world economy can't develop without the promotion of financial globalization . Nevertheless, -financial globalization can bring various risks and disasters as well as benefits to the world especially the developing countries. Therefore, under the condition of financial Globalization, China must practice the financial control policy and the financial open policy in the meanwhile. |
