| 摘 要： | 唐太宗的文治武功和贞观时期的政治清明,向为旧史所艳称,也被当代史学研究所肯定。但对其阴暗面的揭示和剖析,却显得比较薄弱。本文从“善恶必书”的史学立场出发,以“激浊扬清”的批判精神为宗旨,着重对唐太宗后期的执迷丹药和大兴土木进行述评,以求对其阶级本质和个人品德,得出实事求是的认识和评价。

| Abstract: | Ancient historical records and books consistently and constantly praised the civil administrative military accomplishments and clean politics in the Zhengguan Period during Emperor Taizong's reign.The emperor's achievements have also been affirmed by contemporary historical research.However,little research has been done to reveal and analyze the dark side of the emperor.This paper,following the principle of "recording both good and evil" and the critical spirit of "driving out evil and ushering in good",attempts to describe and analyze the two events,i.e.,the superstitious belief in medicinal pellet and the large-scale construction,in the later stage of Emperor's reign.It is expected that the investigation and analysis help to work out a realistic understanding and assessment of Emperor Taizong's class nature and personal moral character. |
