高校辅导员职业倦怠的社会学分析

摘    要:高校辅导员的职业倦怠已经客观存在并日益受到关注,从社会学角度分析,辅导员多重性角色冲突、多样性角色不清、被迫性角色中断、重复性角色失败是辅导员产生职业倦怠的重要原因.对策是厘清辅导员工作事务,建立学生信息网络,完善辅导员发展机制,辅导员加强自我调适和自身建设.
