发挥教师在德育过程中的导向作用

摘    要:作为知识传播载体的教师,在对学生进行道德教育过程中,应该用最有效的方式,以增进学生的道德修养,突出德育的力量。面对摹仿性、可塑性极强的中学生群体,最有效、最直接的方法在于教师自身的导向作用。教师在德育过程中的导向作用体现几个方面,即情感导向、性格导向、思想导向和行为导向。

Abstract:Teachers,as the carrier of knowledge imparting,should,in the course of moral education,use the most effective way to improve students' moral accomplishment and give prominence to the power of moral education.To the middle school students who are good at imitation and have a strong adaptability,the most effective and most direct method is the guiding function of the teacher.The teacher's guiding function in the course of moral education falls into the following aspects: the guiding of emotions,of personal characters,of thinking and of behavior.
