| 摘 要： | 辽河石油职业技术学院依托辽河油田各企业,树立知识经营的理念,特色专业建设已经初具规模。办学贴近企业和市场,根据企业对人才的需求调整办学思路。学院在特色专业建设的定位、发展、过程和经验等方面都带有石油行业的鲜明特色,注重教育质量,搞好师资队伍建设,搞好教学改革创新,重视特色人才的环境建设,培养了大批企业和社会急需的合格特色人才。

| Abstract: | Relying on each enterprise in Liaohe oil field,Liaohe Oil Vocational Technical College establishes the concept of knowledge management,and the characteristic professional construction has been formed.It runs close to enterprises and markets,according to the requirement of enterprises for talents to adjust running thought.College is qualified with obvious feature of oil industry in characteristic professional construction’s orientation,development,process and experience.It pays attention to education quality,the construction of teaching staff,the innovation of teaching reform,and the environment construction of characteristic talents to cultivate eligible characteristic talents for enterprises and society. |
