| 摘 要： | 高职教育改革的重要出路,是依托市场,满足企业,发展教育。主要的途径是进行校企合作,工学结合。根据企业人才实际需求,按照目前市场、专业和行业的发展,建立企业与学院长期发展模式,以达到社会、企业、学院共同发展,实现企业、学院多赢的良好状态。

| Abstract: | The important road of higher vocational educational reform is to rely on market,satisfy enterprises and develop education.The main approach is to carry out college-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination.According to the actual demand of enterprises’ talents and the development of market,major and industry at present,it should construct the long-term developing mode between enterprises and colleges to achieve the common development of society,enterprises and colleges as well as the good condition of realizing multi-win of enterprises and colleges. |
