基于积极心理学的农村教师心理调控策略研究

摘    要:积极心理学有利于促进人的心理健康。当前农村中小学教师在心理上存在多种压力,其原因可以归因于职业因素、个人因素、环境因素和社会因素等四个方面。要充分运用积极心理学的理念,采取相应的心理调控策略:培养教师树立正确的人生观和社会价值取向,养成积极向上的人格品质,能善于调节自己情绪和保持心理平衡,以及建立良好的学校人际关系。

Abstract:Positive psychology does good to mental health.However,rural school teachers are under many kinds of pressure,which derive from professional,personal,environmental and social factors.It is important to make use of positive psychology,take relative psychological regulating strategy to cultivate teachers to have correct world outlook,views on life and values,to form positive personality,to be capable of regulating emotions,keeping balanced mentally and getting along well with colleagues.
