| 摘 要： | 建立产业证券市场的思想不仅是战时后方产业经济发展在思想上的反映，而且通过这场论战，使人们认识到了证券市场与产业经济发展的密切关系，从而在认识上，推动了中国华商证券市场从以政府公债为主体韵财政证券市场向以企业股票、债券为主体的产业证券市场的转变，明确了战后中国证券市场的发展方向，为战后证券市场的发展奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This article, through the analysis of the discussion about whether the securities market could be established or not and how it would be established in the rear areas, holds the view that due to the various wartime factors, the wish of establishing the securities market in the rear areas in wartime was not realized, but the controversy is of profound significance. The thought of setting up the market of industrial securities is really the theoretical reflection of the development of the industrial economy in the rear areas in wartime, and by means of this debate, people were made to realize the close ties between the securities market and the development of the industrial economy. As a result, the controversy promoted the cognitive transition of the Chinese merchants＇ securities market in China from the market of financial securities dominated by government bonds to the market of industrial securities dominated by enterprise shares and corporate debts, made people clear about the direction of the development of the securities market in postwar China, and laid the foundations for the development of the same market. |
