| 摘 要： | 高职教育实施"双证"制度对突出培养目标特点,促进教育教学改革和毕业生就业都有很重要的作用。但是各校在实施"双证"制度的过程中却遇到了不少困难和问题。高职院校应采取有效对策使"双证"制度得以广泛实施,进而促进高职教育的改革与发展。
