| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国国有商业银行经营机制落后,经营效率低下,公司治理上的缺陷是重要的原因。目前,中国银行、中国建设银行的股份制改造已经取得重大进展,其他两家银行的改革也在有序地推进。而此次改革,焦点问题就是改革能否真正促成四家国有商业银行公司治理的健全。

| Abstract: | Since a long time, the operation mechanism of our state-owned commercial banks is backward and the management efficiency is low, the drawback in corporate governance is the essential reason. At present, the shareholding system reforms of Bank of China, and the Chinese Construction Bank have already made great progress, the reform of two other banks moves forward in an orderly manner. And this reform, the focus issue is whether the corporate governance of the four state-run commercial banks could change into perfectly and completely. |
