| 摘 要： | 新闻工作者的修养,是做好新闻采编工作的基础。一个人有再高的文凭、再多的才华、再大的能力,却没有必备的政治修养、道德修养、文化修养,也不可能成为一名优秀的新闻工作者。因此,新闻工作者的修养,是成就事业的关键。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of journalists is taken as the precondition to do the reporting work. No matter what diploma he has , how talent and competence he is ,he has to strengthen his self-cultivation and morality cultivation,or he can not be a good journalist. Therefore,the cultivation of journalists is the key factor to become a successful reporter . |
