| 摘 要： | 网络课程与课件的开放存取有其现实需求，国内外都开展了开放网络课程与课件的实践，以国外的开放课件项目和国内的精品课程网站为主要形式。目前网络课程与课件的开放存取仍在发展初期，可从开放存取的理念宣传、网站的检索功能、服务功能、内容拓展、资源整合、技术规范和费用模式等方面加以完善，促进国内课程与课件开放存取的建设。

| Abstract: | There is a realistic demand for opening access of network course and courseware, which is implemented at home and abroad. The major forms are open courseware abroad and domestic quality course website. Opening Access of network course and courseware is still in the beginning period nowadays, some measures can be adopted to improve the construction of it, such as propagating the concept of open access, perfecting the searching and service functions of the websites, content expanding, resource integration, technical norms uniform and cost models. |
