| 摘 要： | 全国普通高等学校的“两课”调整,必须坚持加强马克思主义政治理论教育的根本原则。为保证“两课”调整根本原则的贯彻实施,必须具备三个基本条件：充足的课时,良好的师资素质,合理的师生比。
