| Abstract: | A good balance between the leadership of the Party and the administration of the Government is the key content of the political reform in the precondition of reinforcing and improving the leadership of the Party. Deng Xiao ping had expounded in detail about this and the major points of his theory include: (1) the leadership of the Party and the administration of the Government should be separated; (2) the leadership of the Party should be maintained, and of course, with supervision and restriction. |
