福建省培智学校教师心理健康状况的调查研究

摘    要:本研究运用SCL-90临床症状自评量表调查了福建省11所特殊教育学校中从事培智教育方向的111名教师的心理健康状况,结果表明当前培智教育教师的心理健康状况良好,很多心理健康的因子分数都明显低于全国常模。不过,培智教育女教师的心理健康状况比培智教育男教师差;高学历的培智教育教师的心理健康问题比较突出;教龄在5年内和16~20年间的教师心理健康较为不理想,呈现两头重中间轻的现象。文章针对福建省培智学校教师心理健康状况进行分析,并提出了建议。

Abstract:SCL-90 was used by 111 teachers of the mental retardation education in Fujian special education schools. The results suggested that the teachers had good mental health, evidenced by significantly lower factor scores for them as compared to teachers working in normal schools.Female teachers ' mental health situation was worse than male teachers'; especially among teachers with high academic records.In 5 years teaching experience and 16-20 years teaching experience had poor mental health, presenting the two ends of the higher propotion, the middle of the lower propotion.The article analyzes the status in good mental health and offers a proposal.
