| 摘 要： | 社会规律是主体活动的结果 ,社会规律存在于社会主体的活动之中 ,但主体的社会实践活动本身并不等于社会规律。社会规律反映的是人与自然和人与人之间的关系 ,是社会主体实践活动的产物 ,是主体自我运动、自我发展、自我实现的自组织规律 ,因此社会规律是自为的规律。社会主体的物质生产活动实质上是社会主体和自然界的统一活动 ,物质生产活动首先要遵循自然规律。自然物质及其规律的客观性决定了历史活动的客观性。社会主体的物质生产活动是客观的物质性的活动 ,生产活动的物质性和客观性 ,决定了社会主体活动的客观性 ,社会主体活动的客观性决定了社会规律的客观性。

| Abstract: | Social law is the result of subjective actions and exists in the actions of social subjectivity, but subject's practical actions themselves in society do not equal to social law. Social law reflects the relationship between human and nature and between human beings, and it is the product of practical actions of social subject, and is self-organized, development and realization. Material productive actions at first follow natural law. The objectivity of natural material and its law decides the objectivity practical action of social subject and is objective material actions. The materiality and objectivity of productive actions decide objectivity of social subject, and objectivity of actions of social subject decides objectivity of social law. |
