| 摘 要： | 语文教学长期以来效率低下的根本原因是人本地位的缺失，要解决这一问题，语文教师必须进行深刻反思，根除应试教育的不良影响，树立现代化的教育观、学生观、质量观，提高自身素养，把学习的自主权还给学生，确立学生在语文学习中的主体地位。
