摘    要:纳米金属蒸镀高密度录像带是纳米材料与纳米技术成功应用的范例之一 .阐述了纳米金属斜蒸镀的基本原理 ,给出了纳米金属蒸镀录像带 (ME tape)磁层的柱状结构 .介绍了蒸镀带生产过程中对原材料的要求及生产工艺 ,并将其性能特征与通用 VHS录像带做了对比

Abstract:The manufacture of video mini cassettes is one of the examples of successful application of the nanomaterials and nanotechnology.The fundamental principles of oblique evaporation of nanometals and the columnar structure of metal evaporated (ME) video tape are presented.In accordance with the flow chart of ME tape production the requirements of raw materials and the process technology are clarified.The characteristics of ME tapes are contrasted with the common VHS tapes.Finally,the recent development in this respect is described.
