| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了教师存有机化学实验教学中发挥主导作用的重要性，提出教师应提高自身素养。在教学中，教师主要从以下几方面发挥主导作用：合理选择实验内容、改革教学方法、坚持并健全实验考评制度和应用现代教育手段，培养学生分析问题、解决实际问题的能力，以确保教学质量的提高。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the importance of the leading role of teachers in the organic chemistry experimental teaching,and puts forward teachers should improve self-attainment.Teachers play the leading role from some aspects,including selection of reasonable course content,reform on teaching methods,insisting on examination systems,and poly-technical utilization of modern education methods,which can cultivate students' integrative capacity of analyzing question and solving question.Therefore,the teaching quality has been enhanced. |
