| 摘 要： | 高等医学教育应提高学生的综合素质,加强应用型医学创新人才的培养。应用型医学创新人才的培养,必须有一支科研能力强、临床经验丰富的师资队伍;注重实行因材施教,尊重学生个性发展的教学模式;有针对性地在学科建设的各个环节培养学生的实践能力和创新意识。

| Abstract: | High medical education should enhance the Overall Quality of Students,so to strengthen the training of medical practiced creative talents.To train practiced creative medical talents,we must be a group with a group of teachers with strong abilities on research and clinical,emphasize on training students in accordance with their aptitude,offering an individualized quality education for every student in teaching mode;apply themselves to the training students' abilities on practiced operation,leading students to participate in every step of constructing subject. |
