参与式教师培训的必要性及实施策略

摘    要:阐述了参与式教师培训的必要性,认为参与式教师培训是教师专业发展和教师学习特点的需要,是一种有效的培训方式。并从培训内容、形式和评价效果三方面论述了实施策略。指出培训内容的选择要采取自下而上的途径,培训形式采取学习小组,培训效果的评价过程和结果应成为教师反思的依托,真正把教师的参与活动纳入培训过程的各个环节。

Abstract:The necessity of participatory teacher training is clarified and it is pointed out that participatory teacher training is the demand of teacher professional development as well as teacher learning features and it is an effective training mode. Implementing strategies from training contents, forms and evaluations are discussed. It is pointed out that the choice of training contents should adopt the path from the top to the bottom; the training form should take group study and the evaluation process and result of training effect should become the teachers' rethinking dependence. It is necessary to put teacher participatory activities into the different links of the training process.
