太极拳运动对中年人心理健康影响的实验研究

摘    要:采用实验法和心理测量法探讨太极拳运动对中年人心理健康的影响。结果表明,中年人在7个月的太极拳锻炼后,心理健康状况发生了变化。锻炼后SCL-90量表各因子得分均显著或非常显著地低于锻炼前;心境状态有明显改善,在消极情绪方面,紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱和TMD的得分均显著或非常显著地低于锻炼前;在积极情绪方面,精力、自尊感的得分均显著或非常显著地高于锻炼前。上述结果反映出太极拳锻炼对增进中年人的心理健康有积极作用。

Abstract:By the methods of experiment and psychology measurement,this paper discusses the effects of Taijiquan on the psychological health of middle-aged people.The results indicate that the psychological health of middle-aged people varies after Taijiquan exercise for seven months.The score of every factor in SCL-90 of post-exercise is obviously lower than that of pre-exercise,and the mood is obviously improved,and the score of inactive emotions,nervous,anger,fatigue,gloom,bewilder and TMD are obviously lower,and the score of active emotions,vigor,self-respect of post-exercise are obviously higher than that of pre-exercise.It concludes that Taijiquan exercise can benefit the psychological health of middle-aged people.
