| 摘 要： | 理想信念是大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的根本反映，大学生理想信念教育为就业指导指引了方向，全程化就业指导为大学生理想信念教育提供了现实的条件，进而为大学生形成正确的就业观提供保证。理想信念教育与就业指导的有机结合，帮助大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和就业观意义重大而深远。
