| 摘 要： | 在对供应商参与新产品开发(SINPD)的影响因素进行分析归纳的基础上,以智力资本影响为分析视角,应用探索性因素分析方法得到包括智力资本在内的影响SINPD的五个主因素:人力资本、组织资本、关系资本、SINPD的管理、企业间信任与承诺.采用回归分析方法识别出企业的关系资本、SINPD的管理、企业间信任与承诺是SINPD成功的关键因素.本研究不仅能够推动SINPD在我国的研究,而且对企业有效实施SINPD具有重要指导意义.

| Abstract: | From the view of intellectual capital,five main influential factors are identified with the method of exploratory factor analysis.They are the factors of human capital,organizational capital,relational capital,management of SINPD,trust and commitment among enterprises.Furthermore,it is verified with the method of regression analysis that relational capital,management of SINPD and trust and commitment are the critical factors for SINPD.The result not only impels domestic research on SINPD,but also has guidance on effective implementation of SINPD for enterprises. |
