| 摘 要： | 为了调查健康体检人群对高血压病相关知识的了解及健康教育需求情况，指导，临床实施健康教育，采用自行设计的问卷对300名来自宝安区松岗街道各社区企事业单位干部和员工年龄在40岁以上的健康体检者进行高血压病相关知识的了解程度、健康教育内容和方式需求情况的调查．结果显示69％以上体检者不了解高血压的相关知识；健康教育内容需求前3位是高血压的预防措施、治疗方法及并发症；最希望的健康教育方式是面对面个别咨询，其次是阅读健康教育资料．40岁以上的健康体检人群对高血压相关知识相当欠缺，有待于护理人员采取针对性的健康教育，从而降低高血压的发病率．

| Abstract: | To find out people＇s understanding of hypertension and requirement for hypertension education program, 300 examinees over 40 years old undergoing medical examination were investigated on their understanding of hypertension, contents of hypertension education program, and education mode by using the self-designed questionnaire. Results show that, more than 69% of examinees knew little about hypertension, top three items concerning hypertension education program were precautions, medical treatment, and complication for hypertension, and ideal education mode was face-to-face individual counseling, followed by reading documents for health education. It is pointed out that publicity of hypertension should be promoted to reduce the attack of hypertension. |
