| 摘 要： | 2018年8月,国际图联将教育、就业、性别和信息平等四项核心目标列入2019年的重点工作。文章分析了四项目标落实中存在的问题与推进方案,探讨了四项目标的智库成果转化路径,并提出完善资金管理制度、明确智库服务核心任务、提升智库服务意识、加强智库服务人才建设、健全智库评价体系等建议。参考文献13。

| Abstract: | In August 2018, IFLA regarded the four goals including education, employment, gender and information equality as the important advancement of 2019. The paper analyzes the problems and solutions in the implementation of the four goals, and discusses the transformation path of the think-tank achievements relating to the four goals. It proposes to improve the fund management system, clarify the core tasks of think tank services, enhance the awareness of think tank services, strengthen the construction of think tank service talents, and build the think tank service system and so on. 13 refs. |
