| 摘 要： | 江西在宋代获得大发展,但也不时遭遇自然灾害。江西地区的官员与士人是救灾的核心力量,主要通过赈给、赈粜、赈贷和办社仓来实施救济。官员与士人之所以积极参与救灾,既是因为地方财政的窘困和政府考核的压力,又受到了自身社会理想和赢得民心的双重驱动。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi developed rapidly in the Song Dynasty,but often suffered natural disasters.Jiangxi local officials and scholars are force at the core of providing disaster relief,the main forms of which have: relief supply,relief loan,etc.The reason why Jiangxi local officials and scholars participated in providing disaster relief was because of the difficulties of local finance and the pressure of check-up,and they were driven by self-social ideal and the enjoyment of the ardent support of the people. |
