| 摘 要： | 以教育结构与经济结构的关系，以及教育结构调节机制和影响教育结构的其他因素。探讨我国教育结构不能较好的适应经济结构的原因，主要在于市场经济条件下的经济结构变化快，而教育体制改革滞后，教育结构调节体系中的计划和市场两种调节机制没有能较好地协同发挥作用，指令性多。盲目性计划多。因势利导发挥市场机制的作用太少。

On the Adaptability of Educational Structure to Economic Structure in China |

| Abstract: | The author, based on the relationship between educational structure and economic structure, explores the causes why our national educational structure could not fit in with the economic structure, and the reasons lie mainly in the following factots fast changes of economic structure in market economy; the reform of educational system being lagged behind; two adjusting mechanisms, i.e. plan and market, could not work with each other well, too many mandatory orders and blind plans; and inadequate performance of market mechanism etc. |
