摘    要:自我意识是人格的自我调控系统,包括自我认识、自我体验和自我控制三个子系统,个体正是通过自我意识来认识、调节自己,在环境中获得动态平衡,求得独特发展的.青少年正是人生发展的关键时期,职高生在农村教育中又占有较大比例.在了解和研究自我意识的内涵、功能的基础上,分析农村职高生自我意识发展过程中所表现的特征和问题,并探讨在农村的教育条件下如何塑造职高生健全的自我意识.

Abstract:Self-consciousness is a self-adjusting system of personality,including self-cognition,self-experience,self-regulation.It can make people know and regulated himself to get homeostasis and the development of personality in society.Youthhood is a crucial stage in one's life,and the students of Vocational high school hold great proportion in the rural education.On the basis of introducing the concept and function of self-consciousness,this paper analyze the characteristics and questions in the development of students' self-consciousness in country's vocational high school,and discuss how to help students to shape the soundly self-consciousness in local environment.
