| 摘 要： | 互联网诞生至今,面临着在商业利益与政府力量裹挟下逐渐丧失产生之初的原创本能的威胁。哈佛大学的贝克曼网络与社会中心的一批学者针对这个问题从经济学、信息技术,网络治理以及法律等各个角度提出了自己的思考以及解决路径,他们的研究彼此呼应,相互补充,具有相当的影响力,可以说互联网空间发展过程中的一个新的"哈佛学派"已经兴起。
