| 摘 要： | 本研究着眼于山东省的老年气排球运动的开展情况,通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法调查研究老年气排球在山东省的开展状况和影响其发展的因素。旨在为此项运动的进一步更好的开展提供理论和实践的依据。结果显示：各相关部门比较重视,但尚需物质支持;老年人参加气排球运动的目的主要以娱乐消遣、排遣寂寞、人际交往和增强体质为主且积极性较高,老年气排球运动对老年人的健身效果明显;场地器材匮乏,资金短缺、缺少健身指导员等仍是影响其发展的重要因素。

| Abstract: | This study focused on Shandong province＇s old — age gas volleyball movement development,through literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research old —age gas volleyball in shandong province development status and influence factors of its development.The purpose is to provide a basis of theory and practice for the sport better to carry out.The results showed：all relevant departments pay more attention to this,but still need to support material;the elderly to participate in volleyball gas main purpose to entertainment,loneliness,interpersonal and strengthen physique and enthusiasm high,old —age gas volleyball sport on the elderly fitness effect is obvious;field equipment shortage,capital shortage,lack of fitness instructor,still are important factors to influence the development. |
