| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国民办教育取得迅速发展。由于社会资源本身的稀缺性和政府财力的限制,政府对民办教育的支持力度不够,对教育资源的投资上明显偏向于国有公办教育,民办教育几乎得不到政府的任何补助。资金是办学的关键,没有充裕的资金就没有民办高校的发展。民办高校要获得持续、稳定、快速和健康发展,必须建立合理的筹资机制:收取学费,争取企业及社会的捐助,尽可能从政府获得必要的经费补贴,低价租赁国家兴办的闲置校舍、设备等。

| Abstract: | Although Chinese private colleges have made great progress since China adopted the reform and open policy,they hardly get financial supports from government.Restricted by the scarcity of social resources and the limitation of governmental financial capacity,government invests little into private colleges.However,financing is crucial to college development.Without sufficient money,private colleges could not maintain sustainable development.Therefore,for private colleges' stable and healthy development,reasonable financing mechanisms should be established,such as to ask students to pay tuitions,to get donation form enterprises and other social organizations,to win necessary financial subsidies from government,to rent state-owned schoolhouse and equipment at low prices. |
