| 摘 要： | 针对近年来有些师范院校对体育教育专业实习工作有所忽略,对教育实习工作的投入程度和指导力度不大,以及有些实习教师对实习工作有应付的倾向等问题,结合多年指导教育实习工作的实践经验,认为有必要对实习指导理论、实习指导方法、实习指导特点与策略加以分析和研究,为培养新型高素质的体育教育人才提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | To be aimed at the problems of neglect,the less degree of investment and guided intensity of the work of doing PE practice teaching and some trainee teachers having the trend of perfunctoriness in normal colleges,the author thinks that it is necessary to analyze and study the practice guided theory,the method,the characteristics and tactics.The author also provides some ideas for reference to cultivate the newly-type and high quality sports workers in doing practice teaching. |
