| 摘 要： | 新生入学教育对大学新生适应大学生活,实现从中学生到大学生的角色转换,发挥着不可忽视的作用。随着教育环境的变化,现有的新生入学教育的不适应性逐渐突显。为适应人才培养需要以及提高新生入学教育有效性,提出更新设计理念,实现复合模板化的入学教育新模式。这种以生为本,创新新生入学教育,具有一定的现实意义和可操作性。
