| 摘 要： | 明确高校行政管理、学术管理的界定,分析其相互关系及现状,提出通过合理行使高校行政权力与学术权力,建立既相互联系又相互区别,相辅相成并有所制约的行政管理与学术管理间的关系,构建和谐的行政管理与学术管理的运行机制,提高竞争力,使高校能在竞争中立于不败之地。
